Wintery Weather

We had quite an interesting day here yesterday however it could have been worse. The precip began as freezing rain/hail at around 1PM and then changed to snow around 4PM mixed with a little hail occassionally. The wind was also quite strong. Most of the precip ended by 9PM and the wind died down.Total accumulation in this area was minimal with basically just enough to cover the ground and road surfaces. As with all storms, there were a few weather related traffic mishaps but none were serious.

This morning it is cold and windy. Some flurries are expected throughout the day with no significant amounts in the forecast.
