Nice Yesterday....Today,Not So Nice

This morning's weather photo and my thermometer from yesterday.

Yesterday was a very nice day here on the South Shore on NS.Temps were very warm and, although the official highs are measured in shaded areas,my backyard thermometer was hitting near 20° in the sunlight.
Today is a somewhat different scenario....a freezing rain warning is in effect. So far,it is not doing a whole lot of anything but that is expected to change. All area schools are closed in anticipation of the roads

becoming treacherous as the day progresses.Time will tell.
If we get what is forecast we may also have power outages as the wires become ice laden.
It should be an interesting day here.
