Cool and Wet

This morning's visual

Yesterday was another very nice day here. The temps reached into the 20s once again and it was sunny.A little dampness could be felt in the air in the late afternoon but the evening was quite pleasant and mild with the sky remaining mostly clear past midnight.Overnight the forecast rain moved into the area and we are getting some showers presently. It is also cool this morning and not expected to warm up much today.Certainly not a very good day for the Victoria Day long weekend opening of most Provincial campgrounds.
The rain is expected to last all day, clear and warmer tomorrow, and back to rain for the holiday on Monday with official temps remaining below seasonal normals.
