It was a cold day here yesterday with temps staying below freezing and dropping more in the evening.The only good thing about it was that there wasn't any wind to create a windchill.
Overnight the temps plunged to well below freezing under completely clear skies and the wind remained calm.
Another disturbance is on the way.There haven't been any watches issued for this area yet but snow,changing to rain as the temps rise to above freezing,is expected later today.

The high on my thermometer yesterday was -5°C.

Night: Cloudy. Snow beginning this evening changing to rain overnight. Snowfall amount 5 to 10 cm. Rainfall amount 5 to 10 mm. Wind southeast 20 km/h becoming light overnight. Temperature steady near plus 1.

Rain ending in the morning then cloudy. 60 percent chance of flurries late in the day. Wind becoming west 30 km/h in the morning then becoming northwest 30 gusting to 50 late in the day. High plus 4.
