Currently in Liverpool: +11°C,overcast w/rain,wind is light SW

Yesterday was dry, cool and windy here. The actual air temp wasn't too bad but the brisk winds made it feel much cooler.....almost fall-like.The wind persisted through the day and well into the evening.Overnight temps were just slightly above the single digits.
The high on my thermometer yesterday was +17°C.
Overnight a small disturbance moved into the area and we are currently having some light rain.Clearing is expected later and temps will be milder than yesterday with less wind excpected.
The forecast:
Today
A mix of sun and cloud. Wind southwest 20 km/h gusting to 40. High 11 except 19 inland. UV index 7 or high.

Tonight
Clear. Wind west 20 km/h gusting to 40 becoming light this evening. Low 8.

Wednesday
A mix of sun and cloud. Clearing in the afternoon. Fog patches along the coast in the evening. High 18.
A small disturbance in the mid-Atlantic is currently being watched. There is a very small (<30%) chance that it may develop into a storm.
