Clearing Finally

Yesterday was another washout here on the south shore.The day was mostly overcast and foggy with some showers,heavy by times.The temps were mild and the high on my thermometer yesterday was +19°C.

Temps remained mild though the evening and overnight.It is still cloudy here but expected to clear later and then sunshine is expected through the weekend and into next week.

The current conditions in Liverpool: +14°C,overcast,wind is light NW.

The forecast:

Today

Cloudy. Clearing early this afternoon. Fog patches dissipating early this morning. High 18. UV index 7 or high.

Tonight

A few clouds. Low 10.

Sunday

Sunny with cloudy periods. Becoming cloudy in the afternoon. High 18 except 13 along parts of the coast.

Still Wet

Yesterday was a wet but warm day on the south shore.The morning was filled with torrential rain and some intense thunder and lightning.The afternoon was a little better but we still received lots of rain.

The high on my thermometer yesterday was +16°C.

There was no change overnight.This morning it is raining quite heavily by times.

Current conditions: +13°C,overcast w/ fog and rain,wind is calm.

There’s more rain expected through the weekend and then we should hopefully get some drier conditions next week.

The forecast:

Cloudy with 60 percent chance of showers this morning. Periods of rain beginning near noon. Risk of a thundershower. Amount 10 to 20 mm. Fog retreating to the coast. High 16 except 12 along parts of the coast. UV index 3 or moderate.

Periods of rain ending near midnight then cloudy. Fog. Low 12.

 

Saturday

Cool and Wet

Yesterday sure wasn’t like a late spring day here….it was quite cool and wet.The high temp was +13°C and that was only briefly.The average temp for the day was only +10°C.

There was no change in conditions overnight and today is expected to be similar.

The forecast:

Today

Showers or periods of drizzle with the risk of a thundershower. Amount 5 to 10 mm. Fog patches. Wind southeast 20 km/h becoming light near noon. Temperature steady near 15. UV index 3 or moderate.

 

Tonight

Showers or periods of drizzle ending near midnight then cloudy. Risk of a thundershower this evening. Fog patches. Low 12.

 

Friday

Cloudy. Periods of rain beginning near noon. Amount 5 to 10 mm. Fog patches. Wind becoming south 20 km/h in the afternoon. High 16.

 

Currently:it is raining,with some heavier downpours,and there are some occasional lightning crashes on my radio equipment.The current temp is +10°C,wind is calm.

Yesterday was a fairly nice day here even though it was mosty overcast.The afternoon high was +22°C and it was dry.The evening was also overcast but cool with temps at +10°C.

Overnight the forecasted rain began and is expected to be with us until the weekend.

Yesterday was a warm and sunny day here.The high was +22°C.The evening remained mild but temps dipped into the single digits overnight.

Conditions in Liverpool @ 8AM: +9°C, clear, calm.

Today is expected to be mostly clear and dry.Rain moves into the area tomorrow and showers are forecast until Saturday.

Yesterday was a very nice day here on the south shore.Afternoon temps reached +24°C for the high and there was lots of sunshine along with a SW breeze.

The evening remained mild with the temp still at +15°C at midnight.

This morning it is mostly clear with the temp at +13°C.Another warm and dry day is expected.

Clearing early this morning. Wind becoming northwest 20 km/h gusting to 40 this afternoon. High 21. UV index 7 or high.

5PM Update: +24°C,sunny w/ nice SW breeze

 

 

 

 

Currently: +12°C,overcast,wind is v.light SW

Yesterday was a little wet and quite windy until the late afternoon.The high temp of +22°C was reached at approx. 6PM,which was after the sky had partially cleared and the wind had died out.

Overnight some clouds moved back into the area and some showers are possible this morning.Clearing is expected later with seasonable temps this afternoon.
