Currently(8:20AM): +14°C,overcast,calm

Yesterday was a washout here.There were periods of very heavy rain from the mid-afternoon until the early evening and the rest of the day was filled with showers,drizzle,fog and lots of wind.The temps were very cool for this time of the year and the high was only +18°C.

Conditions are expected to improve slightly today and then much better weather is on the way for next week.

Currently(8AM): +15°C,overcast w/drizzle,wind is brisk E.

Yesterday was a mostly wet and overcast day here.There were a few periods when it looked like it was going to clear but that didn’t happen.Those conditions persisted through the evening and overnight.The high yesterday was +23°C.

A large area of rain and wind is moving this way and the following weather statement has been issued by Environment Canada:

Canada at 5:42 AM ADT Friday 24 July 2009.
A low pressure system just off Long Island will cross southern New
Brunswick on Saturday.  Rain at times heavy has already begun over 
southwestern Nova Scotia and will spread across the mainland today 
and into Cape Breton tonight.  As well strong winds will approach 
gale force near the Atlantic coast.  Much of the Nova Scotia could 
receive upwards of 30 millimetres of rain with this system.
This..In addition to the past rainfall on Wednesday..Could produce 
local flooding especially over southwestern Nova Scotia.  Also spring 
tides will occur near midnight tonight and may contribute to the 
flooding in the southwest.

Rain. Amount 20 mm. Fog patches developing late this afternoon.

Wind becoming east 30 km/h gusting to 50 this morning.

Yesterday was a mostly overcast day but quite warm.There were some periods of sun in the late afternoon and the temp was a humid +26°C here.The clouds and fog moved back in in the evening and it remained overcast through the night.This morning it is attempting to clear but the forecast is for rain and clouds for the next few days.

Yesterday was just a cloudy day with some showers.Afternoon temps were in the lower +20°C range.The evening was very foggy with a few showers that increased overnight.

This morning it is raining quite hard with more expected throughout the day.Clearing and cooler tomorrow then back to rain to end the week.

Yesterday was a very hot day here.Afternoon temps were near +30°C,the sky was mostly clear and there was a nice SW breeze.The evening was warm and clear until about 9:30PM when clouds began to move into the area.Overnight there were a few showers and more rain is expected for today and into tomorrow.

Drier weather will be back on Thursday and the rest of the week is not looking too bad at this point.

HOT!

Currently(8AM) in Liverpool: +13°C,clear,wind is light SW.

Yesterday was a scorcher here with afternoon temps in the upper +20°Cs.It was sunny and humid with a nice westerly breeze.

Hot and Muggy in NS

Currently(10AM) in Liverpool: +21°C,mostly overcast,wind is calm.

Yesterday was a mostly overcast and rainy day.The rain/drizzle lasted well into the evening(didn’t put a damper on the KISS concert in Halifax,though).Overnight,some clearing began and it looks like today is going to be a nice summer day.Even better weather on the way for tomorrow and the week ahead is not looking too bad at all.
