We had a few showers here yesterday and mild temps in the +5°C range.Clearing began late in the day but it was still generally overcast through the evening.Temps were only down to near the freezing point overnight.The mild weather is expected to stay with us well into next week and there is no real stormy weather expected.

19 February 2005: About 40 bone-weary men reached their goal of playing the longest ice hockey game ever-more than 10 days-skating 2 days beyond the record held by residents of Moosomin, SK, and qualifying them for an entry in Guinness World Records.
