Yesterday was a damp and foggy day with temps in the +7°C range.There were a few light showers through the day but generally it was just foggy.There was no change in conditions in the evening and overnight heavy rain began and it is still raining quite hard this morning.We are currently under a rainfall warning and 15 to 25 mm can be expected today.Temps will drop to near 0C tonight once the rain ends.Clearing is expected tomorrow with mild temps remaining until Monday.

Cancer, the crab, is well up in the east at nightfall and passes high overhead later on. Although it is part of the zodiac, its stars are dim. The brightest, Beta Cancri, is so faint you may not be able to see it from a suburb, let alone a city.
