We had a gray and humid day here yesterday with some rain in the
morning.Unfortunately my weather station had a glitch yesterday and all of
the data was lost. From what I recall, afternoon temps were in the mid 20Cs
and winds were generally light. The evening was dry and warm.
There's a chance of showers over the next few days but the end of the week
is looking like it will be clear and hot.Showers are expected to return at
the beginning of next week.

Today's Weather Trivia:
2004: An editor of The Daily News in Kamloops, BC, reported that his stove
had exploded in a blinding white flash. Lightning had indeed struck an
aluminum stack on the top of his house and travelled through it before
discharging out the stove. Wrote the editor: "...had it happened a few
seconds later, I would have been electrocuted while cooking up a batch of
Kraft Dinner. What a way to go!"
