It appears that the worst of the storm is now over.Things were pretty wild
here this morning and most of the afternoon with some heavy rain, high winds
and flooding in the downtown area of Liverpool from the storm surge at high
tide. There were no reports of significant damage as far as I know and water
levels receded as the tide ebbed.
The max wind speed at my location was 45.2 km/h,temps were near +7°C for
most of the day.
Temps have now dropped to +2.2°C ,winds are gusty but max readings here on
my station are down to 17.1 km/h.
Pics here were 'borrowed' from public postings on Facebook.
