#Weather in #Liverpool,#Nova Scotia,#Canada

We had a bit of a storm here yesterday but it was only about 1/2 as bad as
forecast.Our area received about 5cms of snow before the changeover to some
ice pellets and then light rain.The temps rose to above freezing in the
early evening and held at about +5°C through the overnight hours.Today is
expected to be quite mild for January,a bit cooler on Sat but above freezing
and then temps will drop to seasonal values for a few days starting on
Sunday.

Today Cloudy with 60 percent chance of drizzle this morning. Rain beginning
early this afternoon. Amount 10 mm. Fog patches. Wind south 20 km/h becoming
southwest 30 gusting to 50 late this afternoon. High 9.
Tonight Mainly cloudy with 40 percent chance of showers. Wind southwest 30
km/h gusting to 50 increasing to 60 gusting to 80 this evening. Low plus 4.
Saturday Cloudy. 30 percent chance of rain showers in the morning and early
in the afternoon then 30 percent chance of flurries in the afternoon and
early in the evening. Wind southwest 50 km/h gusting to 80 becoming west 30
gusting to 50 early in the morning then light early in the afternoon.
Temperature steady near plus 3.
Sunday A mix of sun and cloud with 30 percent chance of flurries. Low minus
11. High minus 11.
