2007: In -22°C temperatures and a -36 windchill, 8,000 raucous but warmly
dressed Saskatchewan Roughrider fans attended a welcome-home rally at
Regina's Mosaic Stadium to celebrate the team's 1st CFL championship in 18
years. Some fans arrived 90 minutes early. Whereas the temperature was about
4 degrees warmer, it felt colder in Winnipeg, MB, where just 200 Blue Bomber
fans greeted the losing club.
