mild so it's looking like the cold weather is over for this winter.

Tonight..Clearing this evening. Wind north 20 km/h becoming light
overnight. Low minus 4.

Marine Forecast:

 Today's weather trivia: 14 February 1909: A 3-day storm was underway in
southern Quebec, depositing 40 cm. Travelers into Montreal described the day
as "as disagreeable a day as they had ever saw." Some people welcomed the
snow. Lumberjacks employed in the Mount Orford district had just abandoned
operations the week before because of the lack of snow. They had resorted to
praying for more snow.
